i've donated a 7 position MICR numbering machine to the shop.
(you can number for 0000000 to 9999999 - it doesn't have the
depressing leading zeros feature ; - { )
MICR is the type face that the numbers on the bottom row of checks is
printed in.
the plunger is bare metal.
it's on the top of the small jar of numbers machines with the plaid
lid.
