Preliminary inquiries for SFF invitations

Hi,
Tiffany and I are PC'ing a masquerade-themed SFF on 5/8, and we'd like
to print up and send nice invitations. We don't yet know the location,
but we'd like to get the ball rolling on invitations ASAP so we can find
out what we need to do and not end up with a crunch at the end :)
As for how many invitations, I imagine we'd use the Steak Fry list
narrowed to a fairly local and recent subset of alums, plus all the
brothers of course (including inactives! we <3 inactives!) but I don't
have a good estimate of how many people that is yet; that's another
thing we could use help with.
Oh, also, are there any pieces of type in the shape of a mask, or
confetti, that might be appropriate for the theme that we could add to
the invitations?
