what ellen emailed, including her quote from the irs web sight etc,
isn't sufficient for you?
my knowledge comes from looking at the congressional acts, the IRS
code, regs, forms, pubs. etc. the mass state acts,
regs. etc. discussions with lawyers etc, over 40 years
as i emailed last night, it will be a while until i can dig out the
references

I'm still wondering what code you are looking at. even if you can't quote
it, could you please give us the general area that you're talking about?
Is it in the national 501c3 code, or further MA sate restrictions?
