Thanks for providing this information to everyone.  I personally found the=

last two emails helpful.

Would it be possible for you to let us know why it's not allowed? a quick=
=20
description like "because it's something you can go to a business for and=
=20
the requestor is an individual/business" (or whatever the reason actually=
=20
is) would be great.  A really quick description of why you recommend=20
turning away a job would both help ops learn why we can or can't do=20
something, which would make each of us better at publicizing the press=20
services to the correct audiences.  It would also help those policy-minded=
=20
actives with crafting a good policy on the chapter providing fee-based=20
services.

Nothing long or time-intensive or even thorough -- just a quick sentence=20
that would help your brothers understand your no/maybe recommendation.
