I'm thinking of doing a run of thank-you card-type pieces, not sure yet whether
with just text or a design or some combination. I wanted these for myself
first, but I only need a few tens and the press is suited to hundreds. I
thought the extra might sell well to the general public, the same way we sell
t-shirts etc., and other people in the chapter seem to agree, so my tentative
deadline is "in time for UMOC", which gives me a month or so.
A couple questions:
* I looked at our stock for wedding invitations, but it all seems very, very
nice heavy paper, nicer than I want for the note I dash off to my grandmother
to thank her for the $20 she gave me for my birthday. Do we have other stock
of similar size but lighter and preferably not paneled on hand? If not,
anybody know of a good place to get some? I'm looking at eg. the 5 1/2-bar/A2
cards from the Paper Works, but at 110lb it's way heftier than I want, I think.

* Where in the press shop should I look for trays of linocuts / designs /
dingbats / interesting symbols to print?
Thanks!
