* you could go with more than one fold:
- two in the same direction (three panels)
- three in opposite directions (four panels)
* LSC might have the weight/type of paper you need
they could cut it, though their cutter doesn't quite cut square
* you could score the paper on the large press with a preforator
(no ink and NO ROLLERS!)
and fold the cards as you give them out
* i assume most of the cards will be printed a few days in advance?
so the ink can dry?
