sophie:

this is the longest and most complex job the press shop prints

it can take anywhere from 8 to16 or more hours to do

the typesetting is complicated, and hard for even the most experienced
press ops to do

so the more time the press shop has to dod it, the better

   press ops

any one want to "pc" this job?

any one else want to typeset it?

   sophie

get 3200 blanks from wayne johnson

ideally, the press shop would have all the info two fridays before reg day

worst case, they need a few days to dry

getting the press shop the info in pieces is helpful,
as the typesetting can be done incrementally

need time/date/location of open projects, open meetings, and book
exchange, and a short description of each open project

It's that time of year again!
      Reg Day Cards!
I am in touch with Wayne Johnson about getting the reg day cards to us.
I'm figuring out open projects to be advertised on them-- Chapter Weekend,
Braille Press, and I'm thinking about a tools project.
What is the timeline on Reg Day cards? When will the run take place? When
do I have to get the detailed set-in-stone project info to you guys?

      Thanks,
      Sophie
