Hello,
The Student Information Processing Board is holding its 40th Reunion on
October 10, 2009. And sometime before that we would like to send out
invitations to at least the older less-likely-to-read-sipb-related-email
members. We are still in the process of planning the reunion so its
unclear exactly what we will want or how many we will need printed, but
I thought it wouldn't hurt to go ahead and get an official notice into
the system. I believe that APO printed the invitations for the 35th
reunion 5 years ago. I don't know how extensive records the printshop
keeps, but if there might be a extra copy of one of those sitting around
it might give a good starting point for what might will need to be set
for this.
Also, for what its worth, I am a continuing APO pledge in the fall and
have not yet been trained in a chapter skill and do have an interest in
learning printing. I probably should have mentioned it before now :-/.
If I got trained in the not too distant future, I might be able to
(partially?) do the setting or printing myself. Presumably, this
wouldn't affect the cost SIPB pays for the job in any way.
So, please let me know what the next step is.
Thanks,
~Donald
