I have no idea what this event is, but I saw a nicely laid out poster for=

it while on the bus somewhere in Watertown. I won't be in town that=20

The Letterpress Guild of New England will be hosting the 6th Annual=20
Printing Arts Fair on Father=E2=80=99s Day, June 21, 2009 at the Museum of=
=20
Printing located at 800 Massachusetts Avenue in North Andover,=20
Massachusetts just across from the town common. The Fair is free to the=20
public and runs from 10am to 4pm. Co-sponsored by the Letterpress Guild of=
=20
New England and the Museum of Printing, it=E2=80=99s the perfect time to le=
arn=20
about the book arts and printing, with papermaking and bookbinding=20
artisans demonstrating their craft. Also on hand are stone lithography,=20
intaglio and letterpress printing demonstrations. And for the first time=20
the fair will present Steamroller Printing in honor of the 100th=20
anniversary of the beloved Vandercook Proof Press.
On display in the big tent and upstairs in the Museum are artwork,=20
stationery, prints, books, decorative papers, crafts, posters, type and=20
letterpress printing equipment from such vendors as Albertine Press, B=20
Designs, Brookfield Paperworks, Carta Inc., Sea Dog Press, May Day Studio,=
=20
Swamp Press, Sun Hill Press, and Zoetropa. The Museum has a fantastic=20
selection of letterpress items for sale for those wanting to try their=20
hand at printing. Vendors will also be donating items to the raffle that=20
benefits the Museum.
