hi all,

* lori t noted today that both of the refrigerators in the APOffice are
  on a lot, and laboring

this means their external heat exchange coils need cleaning
  of dust and dirt

this wastes a lot of electricity, and is very not green.
this can also cause the motor in a frig to fail

the coils may be on the back, and/or underneath

underneath coils either need a thin long brush to get the dirt out,
or the frig needs to be emptied, unplugged, and CAREFULLY lowered to
the floor on it's side - hinges up by 4 or 5 brothers, and coils
  vacuumed.

back coils need a frig unplugged, moved away from the wall and coils
  vacuumed

* the press shop again has a working hand vac.
(the shop uses it to carefully clean dust, and wood scrapings out of
   type drawers)

the new/used hand vac is located under the paper towel dispenser, on
the left side of the shelves by the window by the large press.

PLEASE hold the cabinet, as you CAREFULLY pull the hand vac out of
  it's holder.

  be CAREFUL putting it back,
that you don't damage the electrical connection

be CAREFUL if you use it to vacuum dust out of type drawers
that you don't vacuum up type!
