all:

having the bits set wide to apo-printshop has yet to cause any
problems

Reg Day, LSC, etc. jobs have files, 
that we've encouraged trainees to update when they did those jobs

   I am aware of that, and not terribly thrilled with having
   non-trained/qualified pledges/brothers have bits to either directory, but in
   general default to not removing existing bits.
