(Only answering the postage question; labels and scheduling the printshop
should still be answered by someone else.)
Mailing stuff is easy! We have barcode cards tied to our account. When
they showed up, they were living in the AC's mailbox; I haven't heard of
them moving. You take one of those cards and attach it to the pile of
stuff you want to mail (like by rubberbanding them together), and drop
the bundle (which can be as small as one piece) into one of the "Domestic
mail to be processed" boxes on campus. The box on the fist floor near the
west elevator counts as such a box, as does one by the intersection of
buildings 7 and 3 on the first floor.
The card comes back to us in interdepartmental mail a couple days later
so we can reuse it, and each month the money for whatever postage we've
used gets automatically charged to our SAP account.
