Hi Len,
Thank you for your notice. I understand and do respect the fact that you
don't want to work on Anne's jobs. In case we do take this job, I hope you
will still give us your professional advice when we need it.
cat et. al.
i will provide expert advice on anne's job, to the extent i have time.
my normal policy.
(expert is a better word than professional, though not optimal ; - }
i didn't voice my objections before you agree to take it on,
and it's honourable to give you that much
---
here is some expert advice
it be better to print all components of an inviatation set all @ once
you are sure to get more consistent quality, and save ink, solvent,
and press cleanup time
perhaps with a team of press ops,
one can unlock the last part, and
lock up the next as a 2nd/3rd prints
i note it's tight back there for two people to be doing this
the type can be set in advance, and distributed later (shop policy
allows dated jobs to be held undistributed until the event is over
we also have enough quoins, chases and furniture (hopefully, enough
that is truly "square" and useable) that @ least 4 parts of an
invitation set could be locked up beforehand
(if you want to do this, please let me know a few days before hand,
so i can either show you where the extra furniture is, or get it out
for you)
i advise having all three rollers on the press,
gives much more consistent inking

Thanks a lot for your service and the work you have done in the recent week!
It indeed keeps things going and make it possible for us to work on BookEX
and Reg Day today.
Cat
Most welcome!
