Your gauge of the timeframe and our abilities sounds sensible.

I'm unsure about the ink. Do be warned that even if we have a
jar/tin/whatever of it, it's probably worth opening to make sure
that it hasn't dried out since we last used it (it's not a common
color for us).

I think the policy is just that we don't turn over the completed job
to the customer until we've received payment, so any time up through
when they want to pick it up should work.

I don't think the printshop has any policies about donations, and
as we're basically an at-cost service, I imagine that like the rest
of the Chapter we should be happy to receive them. But we're not
a legally-existent entity, so if someone wants to give money to us,
the right way for this to happen is to donate to the Chapter through
MIT (most conveniently their giving.mit.edu site, or if Annie's an
alum - I've lost track - by replying to any of the countless solicitations
the Alumni Association mails us). Note that you should talk with
Nicole first about where she'd like the money to go (giving.mit.edu
gives multiple options for us, and she's working on changing the
options). When someone donates that way, it's tax-deductible, MIT
does the legal dance to document it, and it appears in one of the
Chapter's accounts. If Nicole knows that it was specifically earmarked
for the Printshop, she can record it correctly in the Chapter's books.
