Hi all,
Just a reminder that the press shop needs at least a few weeks between
receiving the final Reg Day layout (and cards!) and Reg Day. Historically,
we've printed book ex and open meeting/project information on the cards,
though you can ask for whatever you'd like. You (meaning the MVP, SVP, and
President) should figure out who's in charge of collecting the information
and cards, and get it to the press shop within the next two weeks.
(Press ops -- anyone want to take this job? I'll be out of town much of
August myself.)
