FYI, the pressshop generally needs at least a few weeks between final
layout draft from the PC, and producing the invitations. I don't know if
that kind of turnaround time works with your timeline for mailing/getting
out SFF invitations. You may want to factor in this extra time to the
time it takes to mail, receive, and still have time to reserve the date
for Steak Fry and/or I-banquet, if you're planning to print and send
invitations for those events.
Unrelatedly, PCing a major fellowship event is a great opportunity to get
trained on the press (with printing your event's invitations as the
training job).
