Just a quick note to mention that I think that Jen probably deserves
the most thanks of any of us for this run happening in time; she did
a lot of work in coordinating it (you probably knew this if you've
been following e-mail or zephyr), and printed a large portion of the
cards. Len also did the typesetting on extremely short notice.
