Hi Anna,

I'm only aware of you expressing interest in doing this run. I've
Bcc:ed this to apo-printshop@mit.edu.

Beside getting rooms/times/dates for BookX and Open Meetings, the
concerned brothers have to decide how many to print, and then some one
(you? Reg Day PC or Sub-PC?) has to get the blank-on-one side cards
from AX's contact in the Registrar's office.

If I remember right, 2500 were done last time, an increase of 500 from
the time before. And I heard AX still ran out early.

When all that is together, we can set a time.

It will take 3-4 hrs to show you around the shop and get the type ready
to print. We could do this one date, and the rest on a 2nd date. Or do
one loonnngggg session.

We'll probably be able to print 700-800 an hour. Grant and I can spell
you as needed.

Cleanup will take 30-60 minutes.
