Hi MVP, SVP, BookEx Chair(s):
To print the Schedule Cards for Registration Day on Tuesday, 4 Sept,
we need dates, times and room(s) for:
* Book Exchange
* Open Meeting(s)
* Open Project(s)
It's fine to email the information a bit at a time.
The typesetting does not need to be done all at once.
We need the information soonest. RIGHT NOW would be perfect.
Why?
With the information in soonest, it's much easier to schedule a time
when many press ops can come to help out.
The letterpress is not like a laser printer on Athena. It's all hand
work.
It takes hours to set the type by hand.
It takes 12 or more hours to actually print all the cards.
They need to be carefully feed, one at a time, into the press, by hand.
They also, ideally, need several days to dry.
Thanks.
