Hallo,
The following is perhaps one of the most important things we need to do
this summer: cleaning and rearranging the office.
Why?!?! you might ask.
-- Office gets decently cleaned at least once a year
--We find things we think we have "lost"
--Those who help learn where useful things are
--Move things arround to accomodate new furniture (in this case, a new
case of type)
--Give the office a fresh, new look (perhaps better designed for <foo>)
The changes do not need to be huge, but we absolutely must move some things in
the back around a bit for the typecase to fit into the back, where it
needs to be. You may notice that this is cc'ed to printshop people. Yeah.
What I need from you all now:

* We need to decide on a time to do this. I want at least 2 veeps and at
least one press-shop clueful person to be there at all times. Thus: send
me days in August when you know you can't work on the office. This will take
about 2-3 days, but you don't have to be there both days.
* Aaron, once I've chosen good contiguous days, you'll get to reserve
w20-415 for us. More news on that later; this is just a heads-up
* New ideas for how to rearrange the office. Really hate how hard it is
to get to the <bar>? Figure out how to fix it. Len has already given me
a nice floorplan we could use to rearrange stuff to fit the new typecase
in. Etc. These will be voted on by those who are present when we are
actually moving stuff.
* Any info you have about things we should be careful about when
moving.
Whenever we decide to do this, please try your hardest to come
help. Help grab as many brothers as possible so that each of us will have
to do less work.
