   Grant and I are doing the printing for the schedule cards. He's at
   Cape Cod right now, but will be back sometime tomorrow and we'll
   print stuff sometime before Reg Day.

   Um, I don't think you actually need to do anything except maybe
   pick up the cards when they are done.

   Actually, does the printshop charge APO for print jobs like these?
   That might require filling out a rfp and such...

Not jobs like these.

AX is not charged late fees or press use fees.

AX is only charged for paper owned by the Press Shop.  Only the actual
number used is charged - not rounded up to nearest hundred as the
Press Shop does for other customers.

It's usually sufficient to give AX's Treasurer a copy of the "Press
Shop Receipt" signed by the officer ordering the printing.

PS: The 2,000 schedule cards are currently on the wooden desk next to
the Coke Frig.
