Hi everyone,
Just to keep people up to date, the case has supposedly been assigned to
the roofing group, and I left voicemail the other day for Chad Haskell, who's
the supervisor for Repair and Maintenance in our part of campus. When he
gets back to me, I plan to talk with him about what's going to be done, how
long it will take, and the concerns about the reinforced concrete that Len
raised.
I also sent mail to the Shakespeare Ensemble President. That mail and his
response are below.
Mitch

Hi Mitch,
I checked our office and I do see signs of water damage to the tiles on the
ceiling in the back left corner (the part nearest to your office). Some of
the tiles are severely damaged, but there is no leak. I did not check
above the tiles carefully (though looking through the spaces between
damaged tiles, things appeared to be fine).
Thanks for letting us know, and I hope this information helps. Good luck
getting CAC to fix the damage to your office!
