Also - something I noticed tonight. In the text that was still set
from las= t fall, the top box has a double border and the bottom
has a single border. Any of you print shop people know why that is
so?

I don't know why it was set this way. You could check the shop log
and ask the press op(s) who first set the block. Might be Alan
Meisler.
I've left it this way to distinguish the two types of events.
Mitch's observation might have had something to do with it too:
"Unfortunately, our selection of
double-border parts sucks, and we don't have quite the right sizes to
make a double box around the bottom stuff, ..."
I've been tempted every term to get rid of the boxes. Lengthens
typesetting and lockup alot.
