fvp - big/little happened, steak fry is saturday at 4pm, we have an
auctioneer and 3 food subPCs. someone needs to get meat (mandi
might?), and also make sur things happen the day of. TB is PCing pi
day. yuki has a pie dish that has pi on it. <discussion about pi in
various bases being present in EC>
svp - not here
mvp - pledge class namesake contacted. there are pledges, yay.
treas - not here, final version of budget is here, pledge stuff got
sent in
AC - DNE
pubdir - going to make an updated "how to sell stuff" sheet and teach
people stuff
APOCed - mandi was working on stuff, kkbrown is going to now and have
it ready for steak fry
people should write articles!

Conclave? Conclave?
Joni: someone in section 96 should host conclave. If we decide we
want to, we can get a lot of support from staff and possibly BU.
concern: conclave eating up service program?
how much work can be done ahead of time (over the summer)?
planning-registration, events/workshops, theme stuff, LEADS stuff if
we want, banquet stuff would be less stressful
for how many chapters would needing to stay in a hotel/cost be a
deal-breaker? Joni will find out. Can BU host people?

Sarah and Riv will find out about hosting people in the MoS, MIT
Museum, Vinayak can get someone to talk to BC housemasters about
Porter room. People will report to austein. <people get added to

Everyone ask one brother to be AC.
Meeting times: Wednesday 7pm is apparently Bad. What should we do
