Hi all, me again.
First I wanted to thank everyone who contributed to Book Exchange. We put
an unusual amount of effort into this, and it paid off.
The final tally is approximately $14,600 worth of sales. More complete
report to follow in the APOC.
Now, I have to make a final request for help. We have advertised office
hours from 1-3 pm and 6-8 pm every weekday next week, to make it more
convenient for people to pick up checks and unsold books. Hopefully we will
get the bulk of them taken care of this way.
There is a sign up sheet in the office. Please sign up for an hour. All
you have to do is keep the office open for that time and give out books and
checks. There will be instructions in the office for those who have never done
this before.
And, while those are the only "official" office hours, it wouldn't hurt to
have brothers hanging out in the office a lot at other hours during the next
few weeks. (This is a chance to help out and be social, too!)

P.S. I have been asked about the Tuesday evening office hour. I had thought
that someone could keep the office open from 6 til chapter meeting started
and then leave a note on the door saying "APO meeting in room 400, come see
us if you need to get into the office..."
