Hi everyone,

The Harvard-MIT Math Tournament (run by MIT and Harvard students for high
school students) is this Saturday, and we need a lot of help to make
everything run smoothly. APO's helped out in the past, and this year it's
at MIT so it's really easy for you to come. Just show up at Lobby 10
anytime during the day and you'll be given something to do. Plus, you get a
free t-shirt and food. For pledges, I believe this also counts as a service
project.

The email sent by the tournament directors is below. It's helpful to us if
you let us know when you'll be showing up, but please show up even if you
don't email us beforehand. Feel free to email me (or hmmt-request) with any
questions you have.

Also consider coming to our collating parties Thursday and Friday night at
Random, when we'll be trying to get all the tests and paperwork stapled and
organized.

YiLFS,
Yi-Hsin

=============

The 2007 Harvard-MIT Math Tournament will be on Saturday, February 24.
That's less than one week away! We need lots of volunteers to run
the contest, so keep your schedules open. If you can, please email us
at hmmt-request@mit.edu with the times that you will be available. We
will need the most manpower between 10am and 4pm, but we can use help
any time from 6am to 5pm.

What: proctoring, grading (which just requires the ability compare
numbers), checking people in for registration, etc.

When: Sat. Feb 24 any amount of time between 6am and 5pm, especially
from 10 am to 4 pm.

Where to meet: MIT Lobby 10

Email hmmt-request@mit.edu with the following if you are interested.
