Hi everybody, and welcome back!

SUMMARY: IF YOU HAVE SOME FREE TIME THIS COMING WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY AND
FRIDAY, PLEASE READ ON. I NEED YOUR HELP.

This term's Boom Exchange is running from September 6 to 13. I am writing to
ask for some help in preparing for Book Exchange. There are two things:

1) We have decided to keep the office open from noon to 4 pm on the days
Wednesday August 31, Thursday September 1 and Friday September 2 so that people
who want to sell books can bring them in easily. Therefore I'm in search of
volunteers to come to the office and keep it open. (Bring your lunch, bring
a book, bring some work, bring a friend to keep you company, but please come!)
There is a sign up sheet in the office. You can also reply to me.

I am particularly in search of people to do this on WEDNESDAY since I'm moving
that day and won't be around at all.

2) BIG NEWS!!!! A fellow just today came to the office. He wants to sell
approximately 40 boxes of books in the Exchange. This is good news since
we want a large selection of books to sell. The problem is getting them here
from Cleveland Circle. Alan has kindly volunteered to let us use his rented
U-Haul the morning of Thursday, September 1. I am looking for a few people who
can help us move the books that morning. We'd need to meet in the APO office
a few minutes before 9. The whole process shouldn't take much more than an
hour if we have 5 or so people.

Please reply to me if you can help with this or if you have any questions at
all about Book Exchange (I know many of you have never worked on one before.)

YiLFS,
Kevin
