SVP (Barbara): Got Dima to PC the projects on 9/17 and 9/18.

MVP (Dave): I have pictures for IC panel and open meetings and will
do captions tonight. Finished leaflet for Activities Midway. Will
wrap up pledge manual in 2 days. Really need help with flyer
design and distribution. Will start big brother list. MomComm
will be right after next ExecComm next Wed. Will contact old
prospectives. Please come to office at 5pm and help me setup
Activities Midway coming Tuesday.
AVP (Gilbert): Made spithy calendars and preliminary WUAPO's.
Please correct my mistakes.
Treasurer (Kevin): Henning is back. Crowning ceremony follows
meeting.
Treasurer (Henning): I'm now treasurer. Bought chocolate for Ex-
ecComm.
FC (Rachel): Dinner trip next Friday at 6pm to remind the chapter
that we are all back and exist. Please grab prospectives. Sunday
movies at around 7:30pm after open meeting. I need a PC for
this because I can't make it.
APOcEd (Bert): [sniffing] Nobody sent me anything. Will try to get
Apoc out at open meetings/reg day to anyone apo-related.
PubDir (LeaAnn): not present[but she bought new paints]
President (Kate): Thanks Barbara for taking over at last Exec-
Comm.
Committee reports:

Chapter Weekend (Ezra): Didn't make meeting on Sunday. Yale is
finding camp for stay at night so that we don't have to sleep
on the ground. Will need about 30 people to handle this event.
Will try to contact other chapters and decide next week whether
or not we are attending.
Announcements:

Dave: Make sure people use drop cloth while making drop posters or
CAC will hunt us down. Is Dima doing scrap book?
Kevin: Book Exchange ledger is set up. Please sign up.
Barbara: Please PC projects in Oct. If you are interested in a Hal-
loween project like last year's George's Island, let me know.
Dave: Signup for FEE and President's Reception. You will be doing
riot/traffic control in the latter. I need names for this now for
them to make name tags.
President (Kate): ExecComm at 7pm next Wed.

Kevin: If you want to laugh for 2 hours continuously, the Harvard
Redcliff Theatre is doing a production that closes this Sat.
Barbara: White Mountain is cool. I almost fell in the river. We went
over 3 peaks and 40 miles.
Rachel: My computer is going on and off.
Dave: Freshmen Thursday Night Dinner, anyone?
