When asked to sign up for a project/event/etc, this means that you should
send mail EVEN IF YOU CANNOT GO. It is as equally important that the PC
know that a given person cannot make it as it is that someone can.
And even though Prez Recep is not for awhile, I need to know who's going
very soon, because they will want our names for nametags. So don't be lame
and commit one way or another. Thanks. :>
