Subject: Freshmen Breakfast - Sept. 3
Dear Dave,
The fall term is rapidly approaching, and it's time to start
finalizing arrangements for the the Freshmen Breakfast on September 3rd.
Having 10 or 12 volunteers from APO would be very much appreciated. The
group should plan on arriving at the President's House at 8 a.m.
Saturday morning for instructions and to pick up their name tags.
Please e-mail me the names of the volunteers as soon as you
know them so that I can prepare the name tags ahead of time.
