If you are interested in seeing the legislation submitted to the
National convention, Riv has a CD with PDFs on it. There are two
files, 100+ page file with most of the legislation and a seperate file
for the rituals related legislation (that's only about a dozen
pages). There is also a file vitae from individuals who have announced that
they are running for the board (other people can still choose to run
at convention).
I've also got a copy of the files and I'd be happy to print copies for
anyone who wants one. Just let me know if you want a print out.
Brothers can also download all the legislation except the rituals related proposals from the national web site at:
http://www.apo.org/show/Conferences_and_Events/National_Convention/Legislation
You will need to login to the site before you can access the
file. Your initial login ID is your national membership number, which
is on your membership card. If you have your membership card, you'll
see that the membership number is formatted as:
number-number
The larger number is your national membership number. The smaller
number is your chapter id number.
I've forgotten exactly what the initial password is. It is one of: a)
your initial password is your last name, b) first initial and last
name or c) first initial and first seven letters of the last name.
Once you've logged in you can reset both your username and password.
If you've never received your membership card see Sarah or riv, it
should be in the office. If you've lost your card, you can write to
registrar@apo.org or call the national office at (816)737-8667
