So, deb (Allison) and Jim McDonough now live in Colorado. Deb is
starting in a grad program in molecular biology at CU Boulder. Jim is
looking for a job so that he can quit IBM and leave Charlotte, NC. We
found a great little free apartment on campus. In exchange for the
place to live we act as custodians for the Lutheran Student Center.
This place is closer to my lab than the parking space that I used to
rent for $30 a month!!! I've started my first lab rotation in a C.
elegans genetics lab where I search for worms with Funny Butts. It's
quite a time!!! Now that I"m back on line, I'd love to get notes from
anybody who remembers who I am! (Or anybody else if you just feel
like it.
