Hi folks. I'm the fall term Book Exchange PC. The event is still a good month
off but I'm trying to get things rolling. I currently have a manpower sub-PC
(Jeffrey) so I'm in search of a publicity sub-PC and a treasurer. A more
complete account of the jobs is below. Please get in touch with me if you're

The publicity sub-PC is in charge of coordinating publicity for the Book
Exchange, which mainly consists of a drop poster, LSC slides and oodles of
flyers. There are several old designs available so you would not be starting
from scratch, but if you've got lots of brilliant creative new ideas we would
love to use them, so you should consider being publicity sub-PC!
The treasurer is in charge of totalling and depositing each day's receipts. If
you've always wanted to handle obscene amounts of money, you should consider
being Book Exchange treasurer! The treasurer is also in charge of totalling
each person's sales and writing checks to all the people who sell books. This
generally takes place over the weekend which follows book exchange, and I will
be helping out with this. If you've always wanted to spend an entire weekend
with me, you should consider being Book Exchange treasurer!
(Uh... I'm not sure I meant that last sentence quite the way it probably
sounds...)
