If anyone is interested in changing anything on the national level, this
is your chance to do it! and it only comes every two years, so your chance
is now. While I don't have any experience in writing legislation that
manages to even make it to the floor (THANKS JIM), I'd be happy to go over
bylaws/documents, bounce ideas, point out what committee members may be
looking for, and assist in any way.

P.S. It's not actually Jim's fault.
Kind of like if you put a knife to a kitten's throat, shout "WE
SLAUGHTER THIS KITTY NOW", and Jim says "I'm personally invested in
that cute widdle kitty so I'll keep my opinions to myself". Not
really his fault. (Hi Jim! ;)
P.P.S. Despite all the banter and the potential disappointment, writing
legislation proposals really is a rewarding experience.
