Here's how to pick up a seller: [no, not that way, dirty minded ones!]
1. find their number in the front sheets that list sellers and numbers.
[oh baby, I want your number]
2. find their seller's page and take it out.
3. see if there are any books marked with a "check" mark. [note: this
is kind of like a "dremel" tool] if so, they have unsold books. search
for them and make sure you find them all!
4. find the seller's check (if any) in the stack in the front of the
Binder O'Doom. they're alphabetical by last name.
5. give the seller their check and books and ask them to sign the
statement below their original signature. I've printed statements on all
the seller pages (sellers who have indicated they'd like to pick their
stuff up).
6. cross their name off on the front pages. [check them out, oh baby]
6. tell them to email book-exchange@mit.edu with any questions or
concerns. if they want to re-enter books for the exchange, ask them to
wait until February's exchange (dropoff week should be the last week of
IAP).
Thanks,
Kelsey Byers
