For what it's worth, unless something has changed since late March (when I
did this), if you get a replacement card, you can just ask CAC to update
the locks and they'll update it the following Friday, rather than waiting
until the few times a year. My understanding is that it's adding or
removing someone from the access list that you have to wait to do.
