Cael Sumner Hansen was born to Cathy Lachapelle and Jim Hansen
on Sunday July 10, 1994 at 10:30 AM Pacific time. He weighed
8 lbs and was 19 1/2 inches long at birth (he's since grown a bit).
Big brother Colin can barely contain his excitement (much to Cael's
consternation the past few days), but Cael seems to be content to
be sleeping and eating through his first few days of life. He has
thick black hair and a round chubby face, and a darling newborn
complaining cry that changes to a full lip-quivering squall if he's
really upset.
