Ok, I'm starting to call people. This means that the office may soon be
getting phone calls for me in particular, from groups who want us to do
service. (Note that the office is the secondary phone number I give...
my work number is the first).

What this means to you: For now, if you get a phone call in the office
for the SVP, take down the DATE and TIME of the call. Write down the
NAME, PHONE NUMBER, and ORGANIZATION of the person calling. Write down
as much other information as you can. Put the note on the message board
with my name on it. If you are super-motivated, send me email. =)

The same thing goes if you take a message off the answering machine for me.
Or even better - leave the message on the answering machine and send me mail.
I will deal.

What this means for me: Real Soon Now, I will make up a message form and leave
it in the office. When these forms appear, use them. I'll try to make them
as idiot-proof as possible (not a reflection on the intelligence level of the
chapter, of course. =)

And oh yes, those of the brotherhood who are handwriting-challenged should
seriously consider translating their writing to email if they want to have
service projects next term. =)

YiLFS and Much Thanks,
Barbara
