Actually, implementing HoToGamit on Mosaic (a internet hypertext reader
that can do images and even video) would be nice, and quite possible.
If there is a electronic copy of the last issue, there are filters to
convert many common formats into Mosaic's HTML format. Mosaic has
the ability to annotate the text (next year's could be built from the
annotations), or for filling out electronic forms (e.g. "click *here*
to make a correction"). I'm willing to help some, but my knowledge of
MIT is relatively ancient, and my knowledge of the software is
mostly from a user's (rather than a writer's or installer's) point of view.
