SVP: cat shelter people are interested in getting rid of. I want clue. 
mandie: it needs construction. we should do that.

Big screw happened. Totals are here. [[Redacted]] won. Engraving will 
happen. gregp: awards ceremony. no date yet.

project this saturday with children's museum. leaving from office at 9am. 
IMPORTANT! come to it! controls funding for nationals! only 1 driver and 1 
volunteer so far!

no one signed up for yesterday's project. rescheduled for next thursday. 
people, seriously.

project with charles river conservancy on apr 29th, this saturday. leaving 
from office at 9am.

PCR/PTR is during roast, on Sunday. whoops.



MVP:

there were pledge meetings. some didn't come, some thought it was a 
pledging ceremony. discussion of katherine's mini-bio. it was special.

if you're a big, take your little out to dinner!!!


FVP:

study break tomorrow! after sunset! jo is doing it. she's really rising to 
the occasion. The study break will occur at 7:33PM.

steak fry is saturday. I have no undergrad RSVPs! include how many steaks 
you want or whether you're vegetarian. deal with that, fuckers! need 
auctioneer.

brian: can we call it steak roast? sarah: yes, it is now Steak Roast.

DSK nominations! Distinguished Service Key. Award chapter gives for 
distinguished service. Sometimes no one gets it, sometimes a few. For 
actives or recent alums. Oliver, Alexmv were recent recipients. Carolyn, 
Katherine. Nomination process: By secret ballot after adjournment of DSK 
meeting. lots of complications and sealed envelopes and blah blah blah 
inner envelopes destroy blah blah blah awarded DSK on 2/3rds affirmative 
vote of members active to vote. something about conditions. blah blah blah 
replace standing policies.

Nationals! full of goodness and awesome and Kentucky. Reg. deadline is 
november. should buy hotel, plane tickets NOW. Also, some money available 
to help pay people's way. Talk about later,


NEW BUSINESS:

Launch. no specific schedule. at BU, probably. first part of APO LEADS. 
Leadership workshop series. Need to do Launch in order to do others. Will 
be a Serve in our area this summer. Worthwhile to sign up now before 
Serve.

Outside bank account: MIT says we need to get the money into some other 
kind of account. Chapter voted to make it endowment. Listed as endowment 
in bylaws. We should make it into a real endowment account.

By 9-ish tomorrow, there will be instructions and envelopes in office for 
DSK. One week to vote! Only actives present at this meeting are eligible.


PFTGOTO:

Institute awards for service of various kinds: if not past deadline, think 
about writing nomination letters for people. Actually, deadlines is past.

Drop date is next Thursday.

Summer housing deadline is Apr. 23rd.

Run for DormCon! Elections approacheth.

Easter egg hunts are fun! but we didn't find 22! We'll know by the smell.

If people want deep-fried cadbury creme eggs, come to tetazoo 10:30 
friday.
