Hey all,
I'll be heading out to Bikes not Bombs on Wednesday, February the
8th. It's not a volunteer event, but rather a reportback session by
an MIT team that worked with Maya Pedal in Guatemala. Maya Pedal is
an organization that builds bike-powered contraptions such as
generators, water pumps, wood saws, blenders, and coffee depulpers,
and distributes them to places where electricity is expensive or
unavailable. Their website is http://www.mayapedal.org/index.html, so

I'll be leaving from the office at about 5:50pm on wednesday the 8th,
so feel free to join me. Just please RSVP first!
I can't say too definitely when we'll be getting back, but definitely
before 11pm.
