Meet at the APO office (W20-415) at 11:55AM Saturday (no, really; we
have to be on time)! Greater Boston Food Bank! Service your brains out
ALL NIGHT LONG (or at least, until 4:00PM).
IF YOU ARE PLANNING ON COMING, I WILL NEED EMERGENCY CONTACT INFO (e.g.,
parents, or family, or whatever). SEND IT NOW.
DON'T SAY TO YOURSELF, "OH, I'LL SEND IT LATER," BECAUSE I DO THAT KIND
OF SHIT TOO, AND YOU KNOW YOU WON'T, YOU KNOW IT.
Guidelines from GBFB:
1. Dress comfortably and be prepared to get a little dirty.
2. Wear comfortable, low, closed shoes (not sandals).
3. Snacks and drinks will be provided during a scheduled break in the
Volunteer Room.
4. No "wandering through the warehouse." Not a front.
5. No pictures/video without a signed release form. In other words,
let's just not worry about pictures.
6. Cell phones should not be used in the warehouse; if you need to make
a call, go to the Volunteer Room.
