SVP (natan): Encourage your friends to vote in UMOK. Prison Books project
people meet Saturday in the office at 8am, email awilcox if you want to do it.
We need a PC for cookie baking (nkoulisi and droshan volunteer to co-PC).
MVP (lizsmith): Bigs should keep in touch with Littles, make sure term is going
okay. PCR/PTR soon.
FVP (kbyers): The Science Museum was fun! There will be a study break 11/9. We
need a PC for Semi-Formal Formal, which is 11/19. We should print and send
invites.
Treasurer (kchen): Saturday was last day to tell me if you want to be active.
If you haven't filled out a form yet, fill out the form.
AC (jessiehl): Thanks to those who helped fill out ASA paperwork. There was an
ASA General Body Meeting last night. It was unexciting. We will know which
priority list we are on for office space by mid-Nov., space will be allocated
by end of term.
PubDir (jamwno): People are making drop posters. I don't have office access,
which makes me sad.

Historian (vtarasov): lizsmith and riv prepared nice photo gallery when they
were historians, which kchen installed. It's being updated. Find it at
apo.mit.edu/gallery. bpepper will put link to gallery on front page.

APOced (holmesmd): Is working on APOc.
Adv. (ccrazy): Someone walked off with one of my gloves at the project on
Saturday, and I have one of theirs.
President (kaia): Conclave this weekend. If pledges want to go, there's $90
allocated for subsidizing them. The ASA finished sorting old mail, so there's
lots of mail in mailboxes.
**COMMITTEE REPORTS**
Silkscreen (riv): Showed 4 pledges how to make screen. There will be a run of
tshirts soon.
UMOK (riv): Hey, I'm PC now! Orian Welling, who biked across the Americas, is
in the lead with about $40. We need to get candidates to campaign.
BookEx: Can't get UPS scheduled because the charity has a database
misconfiguration. Going to have them come pick up the books soon.

bpepper: LSC is showing Star Wars Episode 3 this weekend, also, come to Star
Wars musical in a few weeks! Tickets will sell quickly!
yoz: LSC ordered a case of peanut butter cups instead of a box, so if you want
to buy some of their stash for the chapter you probably can.
lizsmith: Don't set yourself on fire like my mom did at a Halloween party.
kaia: Job offers are reassuring.
