NEW BUSINESS:
------------
For a full report on the facts of this business, please see Kevin or
Dave who have written up a report.
Dave: Sometime between Thursday night and Friday morning $97 disappeared
from the strongbox along with $6 from the treasurer's drawer. There
are lots of ways this could have happened - the key to the strong
box was in the treasurer's drawer which is not secure.
Recommendations: Make sure office is always secure and that the door
(everyone) is locked when there is no-one conscious in the front
part of the office.
The missing money will be replaced from the executive
discretionary fund so that Planned Parenthood (Big Screw)
does not lose out.
All receipts and money should be deposited into the strong
box. No money should go into the treasurer's drawer. The
keys for the strong box will be kept in the safe.
A report was filed with the CPs.
Talk to CAC about getting a retractor on the door.
Repin the door lock so that it is more secure - but
depends on how MIT feels about this.
