EXECCOMM 4/13/94 7:32pm

PRESENT: Barbara, Jeffrey, Hannah, Dave, Kate, Kevin, Ann, Amy, Dima,
Henning, Traci, Yale, Joe ... (there could have been other
people - I was lame and forgot to write it down)

SVP(Bridget): not present

MVP(Barbara): There are lots of pledges here. Some brothers have come
to the meetings I've been having with pledges. Pledge Term
Review Meetings are on the 23rd (Saturday) at 10am in
20 Chimneys in the student center.

AVP(Kate): I've done temporary repairs to the permissions on the apo
account. You should at least all be able to read and write
in it. I'm still chasing round after PMD stuff.

Treas(Kevin): Nothing to Report.

FVP(Ann): I-Banquet is coming.

APOC(Amy): Write candidate articles.

ASC(Traci): Nothing to report.

PubDir(LeaAnn): not present

Hist(Dima): Still working on matching names to pictures.

Adv(Joe): I have the certificates for everyone who took the CPR class.
Jen'n will be doing instructor training on April 30th.

Big Screw: is over. There was a report in yesterday's Tech which completely
mutilated Henning's name and other facts. $492 was raised for
Planned Parenthood. Thanks to all the sub-PCs.

Ritual Stuff(Joe): Starting to get somewhere. The shield is about to be
screend and the woodwork will be started next week.

Silkscreen(Dima): Rachel wants to put together a schedule of what people
                  are planning to do.

Pres(Dave): I will be PCing I-Banquet. It will be in 100 Memorial Drive.
Initiation will be on the third floor of building 26.
Chapter Weekend II is next weekend, it is also sectional service
project and there will be other chapters showing up - maybe.
CPPC (Chapter President's Planning Conference ???) will be
on Saturday night at CW and will discuss any major concerns
of active brothers/pledges. If you have ideas for topics
            please see me.

NEW BUSINESS:
------------
For a full report on the facts of this business, please see Kevin or
Dave who have written up a report.

Dave: Sometime between Thursday night and Friday morning $97 disappeared
from the strongbox along with $6 from the treasurer's drawer. There
are lots of ways this could have happened - the key to the strong
box was in the treasurer's drawer which is not secure.

Recommendations: Make sure office is always secure and that the door
(everyone) is locked when there is no-one conscious in the front
                 part of the office.
The missing money will be replaced from the executive
discretionary fund so that Planned Parenthood (Big Screw)
                 does not lose out.
All receipts and money should be deposited into the strong
box. No money should go into the treasurer's drawer. The
keys for the strong box will be kept in the safe.
A report was filed with the CPs.
Talk to CAC about getting a retractor on the door.
Repin the door lock so that it is more secure - but
depends on how MIT feels about this.
