Hi! There's a lot of text here, but it's pretty important, so please
read it all the way through.

I'm planning for MomComm II for the next Sunday evening (again, dinner
meeting, restaurant to be determined), September 6th, meeting in the
office at 7pm sharp (leaving: 7:15pm). By then, we will have had the
first wave of publicity, the Activities Midway, and the first Open
Meeting. I would like to see us evaluate how they went, and decide how
to conduct the remaining two open meetings. Also, I want to briefly look
over expectations and voting policies for the term with MomComm, and
decide on final copy for promotional materials for Alpha Phi Omega at
the Monday portion of City Days.

Please let me know if this time is generally a bad one for you (e.g.
conflicts). As with MomComm I, please RSVP if you plan on coming (and
mark it in your calendar!) or if you cannot. If I do not know people
have conflicts, I cannot schedule it for a more convenient time.

Open meetings times and places are listed in the APOcrypha, the soon-to-
be-distributed WUAPO's (paper and e-mail), and on the office event
board. Please check those times and mark them in your calendar. I'm
planning to run open meetings with slightly firmer reins (e.g. more
structured) this term, so please be prepared for that. I am also
planning to ask around the room for individuals' favorite anecdote about
Alpha Phi Omega, so everybody should be prepared to give one.

Pending minor disasters, I am planning to work on the Activities Midway
and publicity materials in the office Sunday afternoon (August 30, from
2pm onward). I could really use some help painting a drop poster, so
definitely swing by the office if you have some time to provide. I'd
also like to get people's opinions and feedback on flyers I tossed
together. Also, there is a draft of the pledge manual for this coming
term on the coffee-table (labeled "FLAME ME").

Please read through and comment as heavily as you want. I am interested
in copy edits (e.g. typos and simple errors), but what I really want
are comments on organization, layout, contents, etc. Feel free to write
in new paragraphs or sentences that you think should not have been left
out. I will incorporate edits and possibly some new material inspired by
Kappa Omicron's pledge manual into the next draft.
