SVP(Bridget): Hi! I can't stay long because I was supposed to be
somewhere else about 5 minutes ago (Eit)
What's happening in March?? Saturday project on the
12th at Quarterway (residence home type place,
cleaning, and I need a PC. (You should PC this project
with your little ... or your big ...)
Maybe a project on the 19th which is the first
weekend of spring break. No project on the 26th.
Eater Egg project @Shriner's Burns Hospital will not
be on a weekend, but some weekday afternoon. (The
chapter voted for either Tuesday or Thursday). We
need a PC but it shoudl be a lot of fun.

MVP(Barbara): There are lots of pledges. There is a pledge meeting
after this. Need pledges to sub-pc chapter weekend II

AVP(Kate): Nothing much. Next chapter meeting is in Building 1.
Sorry abotu this but the UA bumped us.

Treasuer(Kevin): This is my report for tomorrow night's meeting. It
shows approximately how each of the officer/chair
budgets are going. This is complete for everything
I received through last Sunday. If you've recently
paid for something with an MIT requisition it
                  probably won't show up here.

PubDir(LeaAnn): Nothing to Report

Advisor(Joe): Nothing to report.

President(Dave): Gave a brief report on conclave - if you want to
know more then it is in the APOC. There was a
Sectional Advisory Council (SAC) where the main
topic discussed was the possibility of having a
section wide service project. I(Dave) volunteered
to coPC this venture with Nancy from CCSU. One
possibility is to combine this with chapter weekend
                 II.

NEW BUSINESS:
------------

The sectional project was brought up for discussion. It was
noted that chapter weekend is also pledge project and it was
up to the pledges about how they felt about organising on a
larger scale than was originally intended. Jeffrey, the PC said
that he was willing to deal with the enlarged project and Dave
offered his help. There is a significant difference in the lead
time needed to announce this to other chapters and a camp must
be found ASAP. Try to get Treasure Valley so that Clark brothers
can easily make it. Make sure that camp has enough work for
20-40 people? Larry pointed out that we can insist on payment/notice
in advance or refuse to let people come. This would be a good way
of controlling numbers. A vote was taken to see if the chapter
approved in principle of having a section wide service project
at chapter weekend. The chapter was in favour 17-1-4.

There was a presentation by Glenn on the correct way to use
axes and mawls and sledgehammers and other fun tools.
