SVP(Bridget): 0. SVP is at Gondoliers rehearsal [which was cancelled so
she was here after all] - besdieds she's contagious (achoo)
1. Chapter Weekend I. Yay. Destruction. YAY.
2. There is a project this weekend. It's not my fault. Well,
sort of. It's the one that got snowed out. (if we're lucky
it might happen again) So, if you can't make conclave and
you're not having a CRISES :) sign up inthe office. Harry
is still the PC.
3. Boston Harbor Association auction ... help out from 4pm to
9pm on Monday evening. Boston Harbor Hotel on Rhowes Wharf.
4. So what have i actually done since chapter meeting ? Nothing,
ha. (I told you all what I was taking and you elected me
anyway) I did finally get through to the right people at
Shriners Burns Hospital and they'd be thrilled to have us
throw an egg painting party, but preferably on a weekday
afternoon Now I need a PC. Let me know if you see one.
5. There is no No.5 is there? No, wait. Someone who isn't me
please volunteer to do a phone calling for the project on
Monday (and the project this weekend).
MVP(Barbara): Pledge Article Meal happened at CWI. Lots of spaghetti and
garlic bread was consumed. Need to call all pledges and set
up pledge meeting. Still need BBs. Prospective BBs had a
dinner trip.
AVP(Kate): Minutes will start appearing any day now ...
Treas(Kevin): Nothing to report.
FVP(Ann): Albert is a possible steak fry PC.
APOC(Amy): Need pledge articles ... Barbara has them.
ASC(Traci): Bought staples.
PubDir(LeaAnn): IC will be done.
Hist(Dima): I am taking pictures. [sporting escellent evil grin]
Adv(Joe): Nothing to report
Pres(Dave): Refridgerator needs attending to. How about the flammables
cabinet? Remember that conclave is this weekend and you should
go. Execcomm - remember to write in your diaries. Write an
article about yourself for the APOC for the pledges and borthers
to read.
Big Screw(Henning): The candidate form and rules were only changed
by updating the dates. They will be proposed
at chapter meeting next week. There was a brief
discussion of starting the contest on April 1st
but seeing as how this is a Friday (Good Friday)
it was decided against.
Book Exchage(Kevin): Somebody wrote down that there were 2 TCA books
sold for $10 but did not keep the slips ...
Anyone know anything about this ???
