I screwed up....
Yup. It seems that the first mass mailing I sent to the frosh
interested in community service, I set the time for today's (Sunday's)
open meeting to 3pm. However, in all the publicity we have done since
then, I have stated the time as 2pm. Oops. =(
Here's the plan. Because I expect that most of the people attending
this open meeting will come from the pool of the people we have
contacted since the freshman mailing, I am asking brothers to show up
at 1:30 pm to Public Dinihg Room 1. We'll have the open meeting at
2pm, and then anyone who wants to hang around for a while might get a
chance to do it all again at 3pm.
Sorry about this. But please do show up!
