(Hi ho! Kermit the frog here.)
Assuming all goes well (which is a big assumption for the weather, it
looks like), AfterFinals will be occurring next weekend...
You should be thinking about
1) signing up (in the office). If you know you're not going, write No.
2) PC'ing or sub-PC'ing, particularly transport.
Details, like what camp, will follow when I have finished finding a
camp. So far, the camp is not Nobscot.
Random announcement:
Helping Hands (an organization which helps disabled people find jobs)
is looking for a bored computer-literate-person/programmer/athenaweenie
or two, to help out with some system that they want installed. More
details on the sign-up board in the office. (For even more details, I
have their number.)
Yes, I know it's not a destruction project; it's the kind of job like
the near-infamous Ride Board, where manpower is not the solution.
(Call it a construction project if you want.) I said I would call
back and let them know if anyone is interested in helping out. I know
half of you don't want to associate with computers other than reading
mail, and it's possible that none of the rest want to do this or have
time for it; therefore I'd also appreciate suggestions for other
groups to refer them to, so that I don't miss any.
