The fridge in the office is presently (perhaps permanently) not working.
If you were planning on using it for an upcoming event, such as Tuesday's study
break, you will have to make other plans.
It seems the motor is working but there's no coolant. As far as I know the
problem hasn't been located beyond that. Yale's first impulse was to punt the
thing and buy a replacement. My first impulse was to agree with Yale, but we
are open to suggestions...
Many of the items had to be thrown out, the cans of soda were all returned to
the pile along the wall, several bottles were placed there too, and everything
else has taken up residence in either my fridge or Bridget's.
